GBC Motorsports racers spent their Easter Sunday out at Perris MX for the third round of the 2014 Dirt Series, coming away with four more class victories to tack on to a growing list of racing accomplishments for GBC this season.

UTV Races
Nic Granlund rolled into Perris for his first race of the season and took to the track like he was born to race. Granlund won the premier UTV 1000/Unlimited class, just ahead of fellow racer Tommy Scranton. Tommy bounced back from a tough second round race at Milestone, this time taming the Perris dirt in his Mongrels on the way to a 2nd place finish. This performance pushed Scranton up into third place in the class standings, just behind front runner Cody Bradbury, who put in a 6th place run Sunday. GBC racer Dana Creech finished 4th in the class. Dan Worley and Bryan Carr drove their Carr One/Patridge Motorsports RZRs to  7th and 11th place finishes, respectively.

Carr and company also compete in the UTV Prod 900 class. Bryan dominated the first two rounds and held on to the top spot in the standings despite a 5th place finish in Perris. This round was all about Corbin Leaverton, whose 2nd place finish marked his first podium of the year and bumped him into third in the standings. Dan Worley finished in 4th while teammate Mike Lewis finished 7th.

The UTV Prod 850 class has been all about the Gorman brothers this season, and Round 3 was no different. James followed up his Milestone victory with another win, while Tom followed him across the line in 2nd. The back-to-back wins give James a slight edge in the points after three rounds.

Steve Bucaro, No. 69
