GBC Motorsports Athletes Race into Primm for 2nd Round of WORCS

It was another big day for GBC Motorsports racers out at the 2nd Round of WORCS in Primm, NV on January 29, 2016. Earning 3 class wins and many more podiums at Primm, GBC racers currently lead 6 different classes after two rounds.

SXS classes
With more than a dozen sponsored drivers this year, GBC is well represented in the growing SXS classes. In the premier SXS Pro class, Cody Bradbury led GBC racers with a 2nd place finish, while Mickey Thomas joined him on the podium in 3rd place. Mike Gardner rounded out the top 5, while Tim Wyatt and Ryan Holz finished 8th and 11th, respectively. GBC is dominating the class standings as well, with Mickey Thomas in the lead followed by Bradbury and Gardner.

Corbin Leaverton landed on the Pro Stock podium with a 3rd place finish and sits in 2nd in the standings, while Blake Barnum finished 7th.

Ryan Holz found his groove in the Pro Unlimited race, taking 3rd place. Fellow GBC racer Brian Cernius rounded out the top 5 while Cody Bradbury finished 8th.

GBC newcomer Randy Romo is off to a good start this season in the SXS 1000 class, taking 2nd at Primm and sitting in 2nd in the standings.

Shelby Anderson is tearing it up as well, taking the SXS 1000 Stock victory. She leads the class after back to back race wins.

Jimmy Walker held on to the SXS 900 Production class lead after finishing in 3rd place at Primm, while fellow GBC racer Jason Meckler finished 4th.

In the SXS Women’s class, GBC racer Danielle Weatherly established a two-round winning streak, while Sierra Romo finished 4th.

ATV Classes
Brian Sirevaag is heading up GBC’s efforts on the ATV side. Brian will be busy this season as he competes in both the Pro-Am class and the Open A class, but so far he’s off to a solid start. Brian won the Pro-Am race and finished 2nd in the Open A, and after two rounds leads both classes in the standings.

Fellow GBC racer Jolene Crouse also doubled up at Primm, taking 2nd place in the Women’s B and 6th in 40+B classes.
