Triumph Motorsports Hosts First Annual UTV Jamboree in Johnson Valley, CA
- Updated: November 14, 2014

On November 8th Triumph Motorsports hosted their first annual UTV Jamboree in the hills of Johnson Valley OHV Park in Southern California. The Triumph UTV Jamboree was sponsored by Pro Armor, GBC Motorsports, STI Tire and Wheel, Tribal Whips, MTA and Slasher. All the sponsors contributed greatest prizes for those that attended, like harnesses, tires, whips and so much more. The event focused primarily on the ever growing UTV market. Triumph led organized rides in the morning and ended the rides in the afternoon a little early so they could rope a tricky obstacle course to see who might be the fastest driver, and boy was that ever discussed later by the camp-side fire later that night. After the obstacle course race there was a free raffle, chili cook off and a free BBQ, all combined for a fantastic event and lots of fun for all including the kids that shared the day with their parents. Triumph loves kids, so the team held games, relay races and more for all the kids in attendance. Oh and last but not least, if you’re wondering how much to enter and what the gate fee was, we’re happy to report it was a completely free event. That’s refreshing in this day and age for sure. If you weren’t able to make it this year, and you’re in the southwest be sure to Like Triumph Motorsports on Facebook to get the scoop on upcoming rides and adventures.
And here are a few photo highlights from Triumph’s first UTV Jamboree….

The second ride was going to be a little more challenging so a riders meeting was necessary to insure everyone got through the ride safely and the car in one piece.

GBC’s Kory Ellis was the big winner of the day, Kory took home a set of RZR A-arm Skids from Pro Amor, and even though the obstacle course tested some of the best drivers, GBC’s Kory Ellis took home the $50 cash prize for the best time of the day.

The Chili Cook off was fun for everyone, because everyone got to judge, so everyone got to try the Chili
Anthony Martin of Triumph Motorsports summed up the event with this, “What a great time, we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout and better people to attend. I must say everyone seemed to have a great time. We are definitely doing this again next year. We have a Triumph ride coming up on December 12th-14th in Ocotillo Wells, which will be more focused on every type of riding and riders; we welcome EVERYONE to come out to that! Doesn’t matter the size of rider or ride. Huge thank you to my wife Christie, and our kids that helped out so much!”
